Every Day Optimal Review and Giveaway!

Though this was a gift through the Chronic Illness Bloggers network, my view and opinions on this product remain my own. Also I’m not a doctor so you should always talk to a medical professional before trying any new supplement.

So as you guys know I’m a big believer in CBD and I’ve already reviewed a couple other CBD products. The issue is usually they taste terrible or they just don’t work as well as I would’ve hoped. Though I still try to remain optimistic until proven otherwise. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, nerve pain, PTSD related Anxiety, Chronic Migraines, muscle spasms and joint pain.

CBD is a part of marijuana, but it doesn’t make you feel “high” and you should still be able to function normally while taking it. There are two types of cannabinoid receptors throughout the body CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are throughout the body but a lot of them are in the brain and they deal with movement, pain, emotions and a few other things, these receptors are what THC attaches to. CB2 receptors are located commonly in the immune system, but the affect inflammation as well as pain and that’s what CBD attaches to.

There are other things that could be improved with the use of CBD. Things such as drug withdrawals, Epilepsy, mental health disorders, it could help fight cancer, help with anxiety and Type 1 diabetes. So there are a variety of conditions that could be improved with CBD so it’s definitely worth trying out if possible.

I rely on a combination of medicines to control my various types of pains, one day I decided that I need something more natural to help my pain. That decision turned into me trying CBD, though it won’t get rid of all my pain it does help a lot. I found these particularly helpful for my nerve and joint pain. They also took the edge off my migraines long enough for my rescue medicine to kick in.

I was very excited to review Every Day Optimal’s CBD gummies! These little gummies are Gluten Free, Non GMO, THC Free and Made in the US. Each of these little gummies has 15mg of CBD in them. There are also two other strengths of CBD gummy, 10mg and a max dose of 25mg. I would say that the 10mg is for people just trying to see if they like CBD or not, then the 15mg and 25mg gummies are more for people who have tried CBD before.

Now if you have tried CBD before you know they can taste pretty awful, I was a little nervous to try CBD in gummy form. I was pretty happy to find that the gummies were actually in the shape of gummy bears. Also Every Day Optimal’s website says that the gummies are sour and I don’t find them to be sour at all and I really don’t like sour things. And they do taste good; they’re your standard strawberry, orange, lemon and lime flavors. And I think there’s another but I forget what it is.

So there’s 30 gummies in each bottle and the prices vary depending on the strength that you want to get and you can check that out on their website. The instructions say to take 1-2 gummies a day; I think it would be better if there were 60 gummies in a bottle as opposed to 30. It would last a lot longer for those that take one a day but it would also give people the option of taking two a day without running out so quickly.

All in all this is my favorite CBD product that I’ve tried so far and it’s helped my pain a lot. Just the drawback is the price vs. the amount you get, if you got 60 or even 90 gummies, I think that would justify the price more than 30 gummies. And it would give a bit more freedom for people to adjust the dosage as their symptoms fluctuate. I just don’t like feeling like I have to use the gummies sparingly because they’re definitely one of the more expensive products I’ve used.
